Summer Before Mission

We had a great family reunion with our 4 daughters and 10 grandchildren at our home for a fun day of games and a tasty cookout done by Uncle Mike on his grill.    Jayson, Kenna and four children who live in Sammamish, WA , Eric and Marcella who live in Anchorage, AK, and Adam in Rexburg, ID were not able to attend so we did a Google Chat, so for about 20 minutes we had all of our family.  Only one missing was grandson Bret Acton who was serving a mission in Cape Town Africa.  Also on this day Bryce Alan Smith celebrated his 13^th Birthday!  Happy Birthday!! 

We purchased a new car for the big road trip to our mission.

We celebrated also Autumn Rose Birthday because we had a surprise visit from Adam & Rebecca.  She turned "1" on 3 Sep.

Also on the 10^th of June Alonzo got a broken arm this is a picture taken on a hike .

Clinton took Ben on a big two week scout hike to Philmont in New Mexico, they had a great time!

August flew by with five birthdays: 6^th August Kenna , 12^th  Alonzo he turned 8!!, 21^st Eric’s, Mikes on the 27^th  and then Kayla’s on the 31.

Hyrum has his Birthday on the 26^th of Sep and turns 12!  Priesthood time!!
