Arrived

We love you all.

We survived the 33 hour trip and it's now Saturday at 01:00 AM. Everything went well, but I could not connect to the Wi-Fi at the Munich airport and call or send emails from there.

We are both fine and were able to sleep a little on the airplanes.

Mom Motra Smith has already got an Albanian investigator who we met in the Munich airport. Susie will like her name it is Zana and is very sweet.

We have some meetings Saturday and will be staying in an apartment in the Mission Home until Tuesday when we will be going to Vlora. That is where we will be be serving.

Love,
Mom & Dad

Packaged Delivered!

We had such a spiritual weekend! It was absolutely wonderful to be at the MTC with the new missionaries. We started off Sunday at Temple Square, then enjoyed a wonderful sacrament meeting in President Eyring's home ward. My kids have never been so well behaved in church. We had a wonderful family gathering where we were able to see lots more Smiths, and reconnect with Stan and Diedra, and Alex and Brydie. When Monday morning arrived it was time to take Jayson's parents to the MTC. It was so nice to share this wonderful experience with them. It was also a great time for my kids to see that the MTC isn't some abstract idea, but a real building. It was really special for our family to be able to drop them off at the MTC. Our eyes filled with tears as we emotionally left them on the curb! We are so proud of them choosing to serve the Lord.

Pictures from the MTC

Here are some pictures that Elder and Sister Smith took at the MTC. Soon, I will try and post ones that we took while dropping them off there.
