Vlorë has finally sent out another missionary, he is going to the Milan Italy Mission. Eris Mustafaraj left for the MTC in Provo, Utah on the 10th of October 2011. We had a hard time getting his Italian visa because the Italian Consulate was trying to extort money from him. I went into the Consulate with Eris and seen first had what they were trying to do and those getting money under the table. After they told Eris again that his visa was not ready I told them in English that if they could not take care of this simple matter we would take care of it in Tirana at the Italian Embassy. I also told them in Shqip that they were kotë which means useless. The next day they called and gave Eris his visa.
