Liria Ҫerma 14 Maj Baptism

Liria is 67 years old and President Smith was concerned that she could not get in and out of the small portable baptismal font we have in Vlorë.  So we rented a bus and drove to the Durrës Chapel for the baptism.  It is a little over a 2 hour drive, one way and cost 25000 Lek.  Liria is just a delightful person and will make a great addition to the Vlorë Branch.  She bore such a sweet, sincere and spiritual testimony right after her baptism.

This is what the Durrës Chapel looks like with Motra and President Smith.  This building makes it seem like we were back in the USA, not anything like what we have in Vlorë.

As we were taking pictures I looked up and thought you might like to see what it is like in Albania.  This is on a main road inside the city.  Just to the side of the lady with the cow is a four lane highway.
