9 Sep 2010, we delivered a wheel chair, for the church humanitarian program, to a disabled man who lives in a village just outside Vlorȅ. His name is Nexhmedin Xhela and the picture is with his family and other relatives. He was working construction and fell off a three story building on his back. It is sad to go to into areas like this with such monetarily poor people. The picture does not do justice to how poor they really are but they are such loving and family orientated people.
